Hi Swaminathan,

Many Congratulation for being a part of such a noble activity. I am from Pune, Maharashtra. As per my knowledge and understanding in villages main activity run by social charitable groups like your is , “Freedom from Addiction (liquor/Gutkha/tobacco)”. As men in the villages/low income group/below poverty line group have a tendency to spend considerable amount of income on liquor, Gutkha, tobacco and other addictions. Women and children from such families are the one to suffer and forced to sacrifice on healthy & sufficient food and education. Health issues related to kidneys, lungs follow. When educate/counseling provided on the same, they may get addiction free.

Another input from my side would be generating some sort of savings scheme with in the villages. May be surrounding villages can join later. If some respectable people from the village can come forward and form a committee, they can have a common fund for the village. Every earning person from the village or every family will contribute in the fund monthly. Villagers may avail interest free/minimum interest loans from this fund for needs such as hospitalization, children’s’ education, house repairing etc. Also this fund will be helpful in village infrastructure development. Funds/groups can be income based.

Villages have great access to natural resources and waste material(cow dung, dead animals, dry leaves, watse wood). Some bio-energy, bio-gas projects can be carried using the same.

All the best from me!
Woow....that's a lot of information! Thanks Pradeep for sharing.
It is the work culture of the company that affects most.

Normally in large scale industries employees pick up unhealthy behaviour of other colleagues very fast and then it becomes the organization's overall behaviour.

Also managers tend to take away credit of the team member. I totally agree with the topic started by Sai as I have personally experienced it. I am sure most of us have.
Hey....Sorry......typing mistake. I ment "she is creating bad reputation for herself."
Hi Rajesh,

I have gone through the entire conversation between you and Pradeep. And I totally agree with him.

Also I want to tell you, people do behave in such ways. But be glad that you are not one of them. If the lady in question, is miss behaving, then mostly she is doing the damage to herself than you. Because she is creating a bad reputation for you. On the other hand, you will be appreciated for handling the matter with dignity and intelligence.

Why are you getting hurt because of her words? Is she that important?

And you can take this entire problem as a new learning experience for you. Today it happened with you from your team member. Tomorrow you boss may behave in such a way. In your current organization or where ever you go next. That will be more problematic to handle.

So All the Best. Don't worry. We are with you. Just be cool.........
Intelligent.............
Hi Indira,

For me also one of the best stories ever read. I shared it with all my friends.

Hi Pradeep,

Very true. I agree with you on the thought that love, affection and mutual trust is more important than the shameless display of wealth. But it's not the case in every marriage. It differs from person tp person/family to family. It depends on their maturity and upbringing. The culture and tradition they follow. I believe each one is born to serve a purpose. One has to just follow her/his heart.

And also, not every time marriage ruins the love and affection of the couple. It's a form of commitment that you give each other.

Hi Priya,

We have to change the way world looks at us. Burden of unrealistic expectations kills the fun in life..........

Hi Pradeep,

I think the one in "Word" format is better one. It could be more precise if you can add -
1] In "Interview Schedule" -
Communication with Panel members for their availability and mail confimations about the same.

2] In "Conducting Interview or Interview Process" -
Repeating interview process if in case of Interview Panel/HOD wants to interview the "pending/on hold" candidate.

Thank you.
