This topic is related to self respect in the office which is compulsory in the fielf of HR/Admn.
1. The Most Important thing which will increase your confidence & gives you respect is that talk as less as you can with people. It does not mean that dont interact with people it actually means that try to listen them & speak less.
2. There should be some negative people so try to avoid them.
3. Always try to involve in some task never & try to make your self free because in HR small things matters a lot. try to finish each task by time.
HR Job is Thankful Job.
