Recruiter should be able to understand the personality traits of the candidaie because in last hiring of the employees from firing all depends on performance and performance is directly related to personality trait.

precise difference between human resource management and human resource development is
1.Human resource development looks after the skills and quality that exist in the employees and developind that skills and quality which are not there in the employee.HRD basically takes into considereration the qualitative part of an individual and tries to imbibe desired skills and quality in the employees.
2.Whereas human resource management deals with the attainment and retainment of human resorces so their absentism decline.

Negativity should be wiped out from the office and in order to exhale positive vibes we need to be self motivated and it can only possible when we have abundance self-respect in us.
