1. Gather the Staff Department Wise & Play Races, AntaksharI, Truth or False, Carom, Tabel Tennis, Racket Tennis, Vollyball or even you can also devide those 300 employees with some teams & play Cricket.

Gross - 20000
Basic of Gross (40%) - 8000
HRA of Basic (50%) - 4000
Conveyance Allowance of Basic (10%) - 800
Medical Allowance of Basic (8.33%) - 666
News Allowance of Basic (5%) -

Following is the Calculation of PF & ESI.

1. Basic/12%=PF

5200*12/100=624

2. Gross Earnings/1.75%=Employee Share

11143*1.75/100=195

Gross Earnings/4.75=Employer Share

11143*4.75/100=529
