Job Description

- Source candidates by calling/ web portals/ referencing, short-list, screen and schedule interviews for the selected candidates with Clients.

- Follow up with the clients and procure candidates feedback.

- Handle the whole recruitment cycle.



Desired Candidate Profile

- Candidate must be aggressive, self-motivated, multitasking, with strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

- Strong networking and sourcing skills

- Ability to achieve set goals and deadlines

- Must be an independent worker with a strong commitment to getting the job done.

- Graduates / Undergraduates with / without experience.

- A fire in the belly to get into recruitment.
