Hi arsha ,I definitely agree with you that the management's response to the issue is not correct and also many of us will have to face problems if this situation in the company continues but its also the duty of the employee to understand the situation sometimes like even then management is not replying you well means there must be some problem in the company and every employee of the company should be patient and go and ask the management about the problem they are facing and tell them that you all will support them but not for the salaries.....then management will also thinks about u or else will tell their problem...may be sometimes mgt thinks abt employee retention also and they would rather like to have all the loyal employees with them and would have selected this way to test their employees ...these are all jus my assumptions but not the real ones if i would have hurted anybody by this reply then plz forgive me as this happened only bcoz of my innocence.thanku.
