We are not being paid our salary for nearly 2 months now. There is no proper response from the management regarding this issue. When all the employees went to enquire regarding the salary issue, The VP coolly says, Money is a small concept, not to be worried about and he wants everyone to understand the situation without explaining what exactly the situation is all about and he is given an option to all employees saying All those who want to quit can quit and those who want to stay can stay.Do you think is this is right way to console an already agitated employee and is this the proper answer an Employer should give?? What should an employee do now in this present situation? What would you do if you were in this situation??? PLEASE REPLY

Then its no other go, you need to quit, its a waste of time in Working for a Company who doesnt understand the problems of Employees.

Hi Arsha, I can understand your situation. The VP is saying to quit it is better to leave the copmany because he is also having no hopes. Financial flow is not there in the company.

Or may be he is playing a game. Try to analyze your company situation(what ever may be the way), get the information what is happening in the company.

Beacuse you are the person who is with the company and better understands the company. So please don't purely dpend on our comments.

Pls speak to some one in the finance department and ask what is the position , you are working in the compoany you must have idea how the business is doing ???????

But if the VP is saying that those who want to leave can leave them you must take decision and quit as no point in wasting time

All we asked the management was to be TRANSPARENT to all employees and let us what situation is and give us a solution !! But instead he has told only one or two of the employees... but never seems to understand. His Concept of Money bein a puny or small concept...He never seems to understand that, without pay we have been coming to the office for another month and still delivered the work...

there is nothing to discuss with your VP or Finance Guys you are wasting time you already lost 2 months of Salary its better if you look for a better company same thing happend with my colleagues 10 months back they are still in short of getting their salaries ITS BETTER YOU LOOK AROUND FOR ANOTHER JOB ASAP

well you should look out for a new job now but u have all right to ask your company the reason why you all should quit after all you all guys have put in ur hard work .

Look out for a job first and then quit your present company.

this the right time to act smart, without ant expectations or conditions try to get into some other concern, since u have experience, don't worry surely u can get a better job than this,

give a pause to this job, thats take leave and search other job yaar,

According to me, the way the management reacted clearly shows that the company is not concerned for their employee. If the company is not respecting their assests then its not worth staying in the company. Why to serve a company which shows no concerns for us. I would suggest to find a new job and then quit this company. Quitting the job immediatly is not cleverness.
