We are not being paid our salary for nearly 2 months now. There is no proper response from the management regarding this issue. When all the employees went to enquire regarding the salary issue, The VP coolly says, Money is a small concept, not to be worried about and he wants everyone to understand the situation without explaining what exactly the situation is all about and he is given an option to all employees saying All those who want to quit can quit and those who want to stay can stay.Do you think is this is right way to console an already agitated employee and is this the proper answer an Employer should give?? What should an employee do now in this present situation? What would you do if you were in this situation??? PLEASE REPLY

Or may be he is playing a game. Try to analyze your company situation(what ever may be the way), get the information what is happening in the company.
Beacuse you are the person who is with the company and better understands the company. So please don't purely dpend on our comments.
But if the VP is saying that those who want to leave can leave them you must take decision and quit as no point in wasting time

there is nothing to discuss with your VP or Finance Guys you are wasting time you already lost 2 months of Salary its better if you look for a better company same thing happend with my colleagues 10 months back they are still in short of getting their salaries ITS BETTER YOU LOOK AROUND FOR ANOTHER JOB ASAP
give a pause to this job, thats take leave and search other job yaar,
