Our client a well known Amercian MNC is seeking an HR Business

Partner(6-8yrs). The candidate would provide HR Support to a business

group of around 400 employees.The company is located at IT Corridor -

Sharjapur Road.



Requirements:



Role Associate Manager

Experience range :6-8yrs

Should have managed Business HR for 3+yrs

Preferably should have worked in IT sector

Should have supported a business group of 200+ employees

MBA degree preferred with a strong academic record.

At least 6 years of HR experience; Business Partner or Generalist preferred.

Strong knowledge of core HR functions

Exceptional Excel, PowerPoint, and analytical skills.

Passion for data, analysis, trends, and reports;

Ability to effectively work and communicate at all levels within the

organization, at both conceptual & practical levels.

Data & process driven mind-set, project management skills preferred.

Driving for solution & results, with a strong customer focus.
