Dear Friends,
I learned this from my personal experiences...
I had been for few interviews after completion of my Master degree(during Aug 2008).
Recruiters never given any negetive feedback to me. They always kept saying that recruitment process is going on and they will inform me if i got sellected.
Later on I started working as a Recruitment Executive where I also encountered similar situations where candidates were asking about their feedback.
But I always communicated when candidates got rejected that "If anything other than this arises matching to their profile I will update"
There is an another thing that Harish Sir mentioned in his last post was "Never get emotionally attached to the candidate."
But some times its really difficult to reply to a rejected candidate. I seen many other recruiters facing the same problem.
So, I kindly request all of you to share your valuable comment on "How to say NO".
With regards,
Vinay
