I need guidance from you how to maintain discipline in the organisation with the defaulters are the favourites of top bosses. I have joined an organisation as AM-HR and I am the only HR Person there. Some employees who are by chance favourite of Top Bosses are taking too much liberty but how can I grill them without spoiling the relations. There bosses are also not very concerned about these things. How can avoid friction with these kind of people.
