Dear Saujanya,

The objective of salary slip is to give information of all monthly earnings and deductions of employee.

Employer contribution in pf is the part of total CTC of employee. It is a compulsory to contribute from employer's end which shall be there if even you don't write in salary slip. Employer's contribution is not earned on monthly basis, so it is not shown in salary sheet.
If employees wants to see the contribution they can ask for form 3A.

I am asked to make systems for Productivity Managment, Efficiency Management & Time Management. So I started with my own dept. to establish KRAs first than we can go ahead.
I can understand productivity management & time management, but clueless about efficiency management.
Could you please share your views on this??
