I have some critical requirement in IT, Job portals are not helping out.

Please provide me some techniques to do Head Hunting for critical requirement ..........

Hi,

1. You may please use the blogs like facebook, Linkedin where you could target potential candidates.

2. Join groups / forums related, this could help you.

3. Do hunting calls, if u know the target companies where you could find the candidates call the candidates who are working in those companies and ask for reference (Good Luck)
