Hi folks...
I have seen many people posting articles and news on highlighting issues like ABCDEFG company axes 12345 number of employees. This makes a lot of impact on fresher̢۪s where they get de motivated, frustrated or may leave hopes on even trying for something.
Please don̢۪t try to show such things bigger.
Being a HR try to motivate them by focusing on news like XXXX Company has some openings in XXXX field what you have come across.
Try to help them in getting jobs if you can. It̢۪s better to not to post any news other than posting such news.
Pls do share ur views on the same...

Hi,
In fact I was about to tell the same thing.
The homepage of this network has got News and they keep changing when ever we refresh the page. I am not saying having that having that feature on the home page or some where else is wrong. In fact that is a very good feature.
But, since morning when ever I refresh the page,the first thing I see is, xyz sacks so many ppl, abc shuts down the unit.....
My request to all our friends, please try to avoid such news, which will have a very negative effect on others, especially those who are feeling insecured of their jobs.

Yes u are correct , but not 100%. Dont u think that it is very important to know what is happening in our surroudings. If any body is posting that some XYZ removed 123 people , than in that case , the new commer is getting awareness about the xyz company.
I may be wrong some extent but think it over again.

Thanx for saying that, especially for freshers like us , this is one thing we dont want to be constantly reminded of, i agree that its important to be aware about wats happening but shouldn`t we look for solutions??
