I am an 100% equal opportunity employer in my views , but i want to Expose , certain bad practice in Most of the Indian Company's prefer to keep Female Candidate WHY ? it mean's Male HR- person can't do that Job ? Unfit for that Post ?.
How many Female -HR Candidate in India are still in HR--IR position in any indian company's ? please inform me if anyone from that IR-Line (Not-in Executive level okay ).
if such Advertisement seen , my dear fellow female HR people , please don't apply for that post and ignore--Then only you female can enter into other HR field okay.
If not so , then How many Male Candidate in any Company as Front Office--"Receptionist". ?????????
