VP HR (Business HR) for Quadrangle

Quadrangle`s client a leading ITES organization, looking for a person to manage the Business HR activities for the organization. Details are as follows:

Education / Qualification: Post-Graduate in HR

Span of Control: 5-7 Direct Reportees

The persons will be responsible for managing:
1. Business Partner
2. HR Operations
3. Employee Relations
4. Employee Engagement
5. Strategizing and Implementing Processes, Policies and Systems (Oracle / PeopleSoft / SAP)

MBA with 11-13 years of experience within ITES / BPO/ IT / Telecom industry.

Should be a strategist & specialist in area of HR Operations, Employee Relations & Engagement, Performance management etc.
