Excellent verbal and written communication skills, as well as ability to negotiate and problem solve – a must
Ability to work independently with limited supervision and report status to management in a clear and efficient manner is essential.
Willingness to work in the night shift
Job Description:
The ideal candidate will have the opportunity to work with managers at various levels and departments within the organization, as well as to develop strong business relationships external vendors and staffing agencies.
This is a high visibility role that will require a commitment to excellence and high standards.
Candidates must have superb communication skills, as well as strong organizational and problem solving skills.
Candidates with demonstrated ability to effectively manage priorities, adapt well to changing priorities while remaining flexible and enthusiastic will be highly considered.
Responsibilities include:
Work with senior managers to understand staffing requirements, priorities, recruiting strategies and budget for resource allocation.
Preparation of position announcements, advertising, and/or participation in job fairs.
Timely placement of job postings utilizing various sources including company website, online job banks, staffing agencies, internet searches and other direct recruiting methods.
Ability to quickly source, identify, qualify and match candidates with open requests in an ethical and responsible manner.
Conduct pre-employment screens and schedule telephone and/or in-person interviews with hiring managers
Coordinate with corporate HR to prepare hiring documentation as well as timely completion of investigative background checks, drug screens, reference checks and employment verification.
Coordinate with new full time and/or contracted employees to facilitate proper completion of employment paperwork
Maintain working knowledge of up-to-date sourcing and screening methodologies.
