Candidate will be Responsible for doing IT Recruitments for Direct Clients in US

Handling end-to-end recruitment cycle of IT professionals in the US

Expertise in identifying potential candidates through job portals, referrals, forums, head hunting and networks with minimum Turn-Around-Time.

High Proficiency on job boards & Boolean strings search techniques is required

Excellent networking skills with a creativity to tap the passive candidates

Should have worked with GC/ US Citizens/ TN/ EAD/H1/OP, 3rd party requirements

Strong knowledge of US tax terms like W2, 1099 Corp-to-Corp

Excellent Telephonic Etiquette.
