2. Analyze complex IT requirements and identify qualified candidates from the market through various sources like references/ head hunting/mapping/ networking/ social & professional websites/job portals etc

3. Clear understanding of the US Staffing processes/Employment law and regulations/ Techniques W2/ 1099/ Corp-to-Corp/ H1 Transfers.

4. Excellent understanding of the candidate management processes, including the ability to orchestrate a positive candidate experience through the entire process

5. Excellent networking skills with a creativity to tap the passive job requisitions

6. Excellent verbal and written Communication skills.

7. Must be able to work independently under pressure, with never give up attitude.

8. Excellent follow-up skills.
