US IT Recruiter for Net2Source Consulting

Candidate should have experience in working on direct client requirements.

Able to work end-end process of recruitment and high volume recruiting i.e., Sourcing resumes in various job portals/boards (Dice, Monster, & Corp - Corp), Databases, Networking, References.

Able to Screen candidates on their experience, skill matrix and matching to the given requirement, by understanding of the interest level.

Able to maintain job postings on the boards and internet groups.

Able to handle recruiting potential consultants and ensuring high quality of resumes with being submitted on both fulltime and contractors for the client requirements.

Must be participative in weekly recruitment meetings, focused on troubleshooting difficult positions and managing client issues.

Able to arrange the internal technical screening, interview coordination, following up with the updates.

Must be responsible for the consultant to start the project on the given start date

Must have strong experience on the payments terms of Corp-Corp, W2 and 1099.

Expertise in contract, contract to hire and full time hiring.
