US / IT Recruiter for Codex Software

Candidate must be responsible for full-cycle of Recruitment and Staffing needs.

Short listing the candidates for various requirements

Proficient on resume search on portals such as Monster, Net Temps, Dice.com

Handle end-to-end responsibilities in terms of identification of relevant profiles, sourcing.

Work with Account Managers to fully understand client requirements - Online searches / Job postings / Referrals

Work closely with the candidates on the following: Resumes Preparation, Interview Scheduling

Build relationships with third party sources for resumes

Must be able to Multi-Task and possess a sense of Urgency

Extremely strong Interpersonal and relationship building skills

Desired Profile

Willingness to work in Night Shifts.

Should have ability to multi task, and handle pressure.

Good Communication Skills and interpersonal skills

Should have good understanding of IT terminology`s and Technologies along with IT Recruitment Process.

Expertise in the area of US Staffing or International Resourcing.

Five Days a week(Monday-Friday)
