Technical Recruiter (US Staffing) for V Group
V Group Inc., Bhopal 1–3 Yrs
Candidate will be responsible for reactive recruitment: Identify and recruit candidates for positions from clients
Sourcing potential candidates from job boards, company database, referrals etc.
Communicate with US Citizens, Green Card holders, L2, OPT and those requiring visa sponsorship to work on W2 basis
Communicate with suppliers on providing the right resources
Salary or hourly rate negotiations with candidates or corp-to-corp rate negotiation with the consulting company (vendor companies)
Following processes as defined by V Group and the client
Pro-active recruitment to be ahead of the game
Desired Profile
Good spoken and written communication skill
Should work on US Hours EST 9 AM to 6 PM
Experience in placing IT Professionals in US market with clients.
Experience with Public sector recruitment is a big plus
Applicant tracking system e.g. Cbiz, Maximizer is a plus
Very strong PC and Organization Skills
Experience in Customer Service
Ability to work independently
Should be able to think out of the box
Great interpersonal and leadership skills
