Technical Recruiter - US IT Staffing

The Technical Recruiter will be working in the Night-shift ( US- EST).

Since this is a night-shift position male candidates are prefered

Will be responsible for recruitment of candidates in the US Geography on a contract basis. He must have prior experience of at least one year in US to US contract recruitment.

Must have worked extensively in the recruitment with US Suppliers, US Citizens and Green Card holders.

Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Must have experience of working in a structured environment and regular reporting using Excel.

Must have an established track record of placing candidates in contract positions.

Must have a results orientation.

The person should be target driven and motivated.

Experience in Technical recruitment(US shift).

Should have excellent knowledge in IT Skills in the US market.

Should have excellent knowledge in US staffing process.

Should have experience in Handling Vendors.

Should have good knowledge on working on Dice,monster,naukri etc.

Excellent Communication Skills

The person should target driven and motivated.
