Technical Recruiter - Staffing (US) for Maven Companies

Maven Companies, INC. is currently hiring technical recruiters (US process)
Excellent verbal & written English, and interpersonal communication skills
Experience with technical recruiting for US based clients
Comfortable working on Direct client and Tier-1 Vendor requirements
Strong grasp of commonly used recruiting industry jargon- C2C, 1099, W2, CTH, FTE, etc
Understanding of common foreign national work authorizations for United States- H1B, L1, EAD, TN, GC etc
Ability to demonstrate work experience related to Full Recruiting Lifecycle (gathering requirements, candidate prospecting, candidate screening, candidate submission & follow-up, etc)
Ability to write Boolean queries and innovate search terms on commonly used job boards such as Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, etc.
Excellent understanding of technology and associated technical skill sets
Prior experience with Applicant Tracking Systems or maintenance of Requirement Logs in spreadsheets is highly desired
Candidate must be able to demonstrate a respectable placement record at previous employers and give references for validation
High energy level, self-starter and comfortable working in a high-impact workplace with a small group of experienced recruiters
The candidate have to address requirements for straight contracts, contract-to-hire, fulltime/ permanent positions.
Work with direct clients & preferred vendors (Tier-1). There is NEVER more than 1 layer between Maven and the end client.
Form trust & efficiency based partnerships with candidate vendors to source resources when an employee is not available.
Resource pool extends to all work-authorized US residents including H1Bs, L1s, EADs, TNs, GCs, Citizens, etc.
Recruiters are provided access to more job boards than most other RPOs in India. These include Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, ClearanceJobs, Sologig, etc.
Work Timings : 8:30 pm IST to 6:00 am IST (night shift)
