Technical Recruiter for U-Soft Technologies

Responsible for full life cycle of Recruitment process.

Should be familiar with the visa regulations, H1B transfers etc

Scheduling the interview with technical panel.

Negotiation on the salary bases.

Coordinating with the Functional heads for the requirements and

Handling queries from the Functional head and solving them with regarding to the recruitment, hiring & joining.

Should have worked on Job portals such as monster.com,Dice.com careerbuilder.com etc.

Salary will not be a constraint to the right candidate.
