Technical Recruiter for Spectraforce Technologies

Candidate Should have 1-3 Years of experience into the Domestic Recruitment.

Perform full life cycle recruitment (sourcing, screening, scheduling, interviewing, offer preparation, salary negotiation, and Background checks)

Competent in all aspects of the recruiting process.

Conduct technical screening and reference checks for selected candidates.

Ability to manage interrelationships at a group and individual level.

Ability to prioritize between important and urgent tasks.
