Network through industry contacts,association membership,trade groups and employees.
Co-ordinate and inplement independent recruitment process.
Administrative duties and record keeping related with Recruitment process.
Create job descriptions.
Efficiently and effectively fill open positions.
Develop a pool of qualified candidates in advance of need.
Research and recommend new sources for active and passive candidate recruiting.
Locate and find where to find ideal candidates.
Improve the company website recruiting page to assist in recruiting.
Manitain regular contact with possible future candidates.
Assist in performing reference and background checks for potential employees.
Assist in preparing and sending offer packages.
Excellent interpersonal and coaching skills.
Skills in database management.
Effective oral and written communications skills.
Effective organisational skills.
