Good interpersonal skills and proven ability to negotiate and communicate effectively within the team and with senior management.
Dynamic, responsive communicator with excellent written, verbal & presentation skills.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Develop creative recruiting resources to attract qualified professionals interested in contract to hire and full time employment.
Utilize internal database to identify potential candidates and use various job boards to search for new candidates
Place job requirements on the internet to increase available candidate pool.
Identify networking activities to increase database
Responsible for screening candidates to ensure their qualifications meet open positions.
Conduct skills testing, interviews, reference checks and background investigations.
Present job opportunities to qualified candidates
Maintain excellent documentation with the company’s on-line system
