Technical Recruiter for IBS

Candidate should be able to recruit contract and direct hire candidates through job postings, database searches, internet search engines, networking, referrals and cold calling.

Source, screen, test, interview, close candidates; negotiate compensation, conduct reference checks.

Candidate must have proven experience in US IT Staffing.

Expertise on C2C consulting, 1099 & W-2 contracts and Permanent placements.

Must have prior experience in hiring US Citizens, Permanent, Residents and/or H1-B professionals.
