Technical Recruiter

(H1 Transfer, OPT, CPT hiring)

DST is insearch of technical recruiters with experience in end - end recruitment

Should understand internal and client hiring needs / requirements

Should have hands on experience in H1 transfers, OPT, TN visa etc.

Identify and recruit software professionals through various online resources, networking, references and head hunting

Screen resumes thoroughly and short list candidates through a series of technical and HR interviews

Coordinate with Sales and HR teams to close the positions

Maintain quality database of active and passive job seekers

Achieve targets assigned and maintain profitability through performance

Meet hiring schedules and focus on reducing cost per hire

Should have IT Recruitment experience in US staffing industry

Should have good knowledge of IT concepts

Should have good knowledge of HR process, tax terminology, contracts and benefits

Should possess excellent communication, presentation, inter-personal and negotiation skills

Should have ability to consistently meet deadlines and targets

Should have ability to work independently and multi task in a fast paced environment

Post graduation in Human Resource Management is preferred
