Candidate will be must be able to screen candidates on their work experience, skill matrix and matching to the given requirement, by understanding of the interest level.
Posting job requirements on boards and Internet groups in order to increase the pool of available candidates.
Ensuring that resume appropriately reflects candidate s experience and requirement.
Ensuring candidate is prepared to take up the position and start the project on the given date.
Working closely with Delivery Manager / Account Manager to anticipate requirements and identify potential resource pool.
Participate in weekly recruitment meetings; focus on troubleshooting difficult positions and managing client issues.
Achieving Submittal Targets and maintaining good submittal to Interview/Placement ratio.
Desired Profile:
Should have good experience in end to end IT recruitment (Sourcing, Screening, and Qualifying).
Should be Savvy with various job portals/boards (Dice, Monster, Corp - Corp), Networking Sites (Linked In, Facebook), Databases, References.
Should have clear understanding of tax terms, C2C, C2H, H1, W2, 1099 and permanent hiring.
Should be able to interact, develop network and get the best resource for any given requirement.
Should have the ability to deliver timely results and handle pressure.
Should possess excellent phone etiquette, strong documentation & negotiation skills.
Should possess strong communication and inter personal skills.
