Developing an incentive scheme for the recruiters.
Responsible for preparing the annual recruitment budget and tracking the same to ensure that costs are within the acceptable limits.
Reduce the overall "cost per hire" to compare with industry norms.
Direct involvement in all strategic and senior level hiring.
Periodic Review with business and recruiters to check overall progress and fine tune efforts to stay aligned to changing business realities.
Cost Control.
Improve various recruitment metrics.
Partner with hiring managers of the different business units located in various parts of the india and understand their hiring requirements for India.
Develop and implement a resource forecasting mechanism by working with the business and resource management group to ascertain the overall recruitment numbers for the organization.
