IT recruiters with very good understanding of software technologies and who possess relevant experience - to submit qualified candidates to open job requirements.

Should have sufficient experience in staffing activities & should have good knowledge/work experience in the Complete cycle of recruitment Process.

Candidates should have worked in high pressure environments with a target based approach to work.

Source Profiles using traditional and creative sourcing methods including but not limited referrals, networking, internal database searches,online searches, Internet postings, job/career fairs, referrals, and user/technical groups.

Screen and build a pipeline of candidates and provide a constant source of candidates for up-coming requirements.

Emphasis is on high number of closures, quick turnaround and consistency in performance.

Interview prospective candidates and update them on BIL`s process.

Negotiate with candidates, extend offers, negotiate compensation.

Must have very good MS office skills and extensive exposure to various portals and database management. Should be thorough with creating and maintaining reports on excel.

Excellent communication - both verbal and written is mandatory.

Should be a good team player.

Meet or exceed monthly and annual agreed upon goals.
