Roles and Responsibilities include:
Understanding the Client requirements(Client co-ordination)

Sourcing the candidates from different portals, database, network.

Cold calling

Educating the candidate about the job profile.

Screening the candidate and fixing an appointment.

Follow up of the candidate until he turns into a joinee.

Closing the requirements in the given time.
