Sr Recruiter/ Recruiter - US staffing for Saviance Technologies

Candidate must have a solid track record of placing candidates in the contract / permanent staffing model in the US geography.

Must have very good communication skills on the phone since they will be talking to US citizens.

Must have complete experience of recruiting from job boards like Naukri / Monster/Dice and others.

Must have extensive network with candidates in US and supplier organizations in the respective geo’s.

Must have appreciation of IT skills and must be good with office automation software’s

Experience in recruiting candidates in Enterprise Applications like SAP, Technology Infrastructure, Datawarehousing and QA/Testing will be a plus.

Must have worked in decent sized companies with a structured work and reporting environment.

Must be a team player and highly self motivated.

Must be a career oriented Technical Recruiter and must have a passion of working with people and recruiting people.

Must be able to work under pressure and tight deadlines.

Must have the capability and leadership potential to move to the next level like Asst. Manager and handle clients as well.

Must be open to working extended hours and weekends.
