Sr Recruiter / Accounts Manager for Intecis

The candidate is mainly responsible for the full life cycle recruitment process of identifying, prescreening, direct permanent candidates and project hires for the company
Extraction of suitable candidates depending on the requirement from various channels of sources
Sourcing/Screening the candidates as per feasibility
Understanding the job descriptions
Understanding of IT technologies
Should have experience in Siebel CRM
Telephonic screening of CVs
Interaction with the candidates, scheduling them for an Interview
Client Interaction
Should have experience of client handling / account management
Excellent Communication and Analytical Skills required good in cold calling, hot calling, e-mailing, networking with excellent references
Go-Getter /Willing to work under pressure
Accounts Manager
A sharp sales orientation, follow up and relationship building skills
Complete responsibility and accountability of requirements from clients
Understand client requirements completely
Scan the market and map for available skills
Head-hunt candidates over phone, mail and other sources
Sourcing through Job boards, networking sites etc.
Generate a quality database of candidates across various skills
Actively search for potential candidates from targeted IT companies
Identify new companies and map new skills
Match the candidates with the requirement of the client
Validate, scrutinize and evaluate candidates interest with the said client
Technical validation, scrutiny and fitment with the client requirements
Process candidates to clients for Interviews
Schedule interviews and close positions
Perform regular follow ups with clients and build strong relationship with clients
Identify innovative means to source candidates
Overall experience in Recruitments
Should have experience in Siebel CRM Technologies, At least six months exp as a Accounts Manager
