The incumbent is responsible for creation and sign off of quarterly training Road maps for all Sales Channels and Operations

Developing and delivering performance enabling Customised Training Interventions -as per the quarterly training Calendar agreed with the business

Identifying and promoting relevant on-line interventions to drive learning thru alternate Methodologies impacting Leadership Excellence and Financial

Excellence - 600Licences per zone per year

Measuring select training interventions for Knowledge/Skill improvement post program

Driving Continued education Programs - LOMA/SCDL/III/CFP/ and Zonal Knowledge Retention Programs

Ensuring average feedback score of 5

Ensuring Chrysalis completion for 95% of new joinees within 3 months of joining

To be completed with a maximum of 45 days - for functions like BA, AST, operations

Timely and accurate preparation of Monthly reports

Monthly Review Meeting with HODs

Ensuring Measurement of Training

Effectiveness as per plan

Minimum 1 customised module per quarter to be created based on business need

Conducting TNA and deriving the Quarterly Calendars, Ensuring New Employee Orientation for new joineed, Chrysalis Completion, Functional Induction for new joinees, Ensuring Accurate Monthly Reports, Measuring Training Effectiveness, Content Creation
