Sr IT Recruitment & HR Executive for Ikas

Ikas Technologies is seeking a Senior Executive for its Recruitment and HR functions.

The Roles and Responsibilities for this position include the following:

1. Proactively work on recruitment against the resourcing requirements of the organization

2. Maintain excellent relationship with the candidates during the hiring process

3. Liaise with third-party agencies and consultants for recruitment needs

4. Work through all hiring related challenges and issues

5. Assist the Senior Management in the Talent Acquisition practice

6. Keep track of the applicant data during the Hiring process cycle

7. Manage all HR activities including HR administration, Compensation & Benefits processing, Documentation etc

8. Maintain an excellent relationship with the Employees and other third-parties involved with the HR department
