Experienced IT recruitment (night shifts) with experience in work with citizens/GC/EAD (contract/ permanent hires), with excellent communication and writing skills.
Should have extensive knowledge on working with direct clients.
Should be able to source profiles through sources like groups, social networking sites, and referrals, job portals / job boards extensively and efficiently.
Must have good vendor contacts, good consultants database on various technologies (GC, Citizen and H1B) & Should able to source consultants in a fast pace
Good understanding on various tax terms & must have good negotiations skills on rates
Experience in working on ERP, Oracle, Pega,Networking, Microsoft and Java technologies.
Good level of experience to deal with candidates professionally.
Ability to work independently and interact with all levels of management in a professional and positive manner
Ability to interact, develop network and get the best resource for any given requirement.
Expertise in screening, short listing, sourcing candidates for the given skill sets, interview coordination, Selection and on boarding process.
Building and maintaining database of contacts and resumes and other such information of candidates.
Eager to learn new technologies and trend in the upcoming market
Having positive attitude towards work, should be a good team player.
