Recruitment
Entire recruitment life cycle from sourcing, screening, selection, hiring, negotiation, post offer follow up.
Manage recruitment through different channels , like campus recruitment, advertisement, consultants , employee referrals & Headhunting
Managing campus recruitment initiatives/graduate hiring programs.
Acquiring talent on Niche Skills as per the defined SLA for IT & SCM requirements
Vendor Management
Building strong network of Vendors (BU Specific)
Co-ordination for Billing & Invoicing
Operations
Database Management
Conducting Reference Check – (Pre Offer Stage)
MIS
Participation on Process Audits.
Helping other team members on critical assignments.
