Collaborate with HR subject matter experts, process specialists, and People soft site coordinators to ensure the effective use of the system and data accuracy
Provide support to all the People soft site coordinators with respect to data entry, process adherence, generating queries and troubleshooting
Acting as the single point of contact between the Regional Support Team and HR coordinators for resolving issues
Handling escalations from various locations and resolving them
Provide or facilitate training on People soft to HR staff
Responsible for being the steward of all standard operating procedures and keeping them current
Standardize the processes by designing manuals and guidelines for data entry and maintenance in people soft and help streamlining on boarding processes on people soft
Participating in system implementations, upgrades, and testing as required
Performing other projects or special assignments as required.
Strong focus on customer and continuous improvement
Demonstrated problem solving and decision making skills
Analytical and numerate
Must be proficient and knowledgeable with
MS Excel and MS Word along with a good understanding of Peoplesoft
Bachelors degree in Computers/IT
Bachelor degree in any oher field with equivalent
Experience in a Human Resources capacity in an employee relations, techno functional GHRS support or operations support role.
