Sourcing Executive - Recruitment

Candidate will be responsible for managing end to end recruitment processes.

Responsible for the full hiring cycle, sourcing, screening, short listing, coordination, scheduling, negotiating compensation packages and hiring In-house Requirement.

Sourcing through Data bank, Portals, Networking, Internet Job postings & Employee Referrals.

Screening profiles suitable for Company’s requirements based on the salary offered, experience in the industry, skills and assignments handled.

Maintaining and updating reports & records.

Taking telephonic interviews of candidates as per the job description to check for their communication skills, truthfulness of resume, expected salary, confidence level,back ground as per the job description.

Joining formalities, Offer letter, Appointment Order, verifications of Documents, etc.

Conducting walk-In process whenever is required.

Should have exposure in handling Banking / Financial Recruitment.
