Sourcing Executive for HRD Solutions

Candidate will be responsible for sourcing of profiles according to job description from job portals as well as referals and through headhunting.

Validating candidate profiles and conducting the initial round of interview (Telephonic).

Preparing a list of validated profiles and sending the list to the concerned team leader.

Lining up the candidate for personal interview or video conference.

Coordinating for the interview process.
