Minimum 3 years of previous IT recruiting experience (US Market) with a focus on permanent hiring mid to high-level candidates for onsite assignments.
Understanding of employee movement process and logistics, travel, types of visas (US), would be a big plus.
Proficient in the use of job boards like Dice and Monster to source candidates.
Proficient in the use of networking sites like Linked in, twitter, etc. and Google searches and use of free job sites etc. to source candidates.
Proficient in using the Technical Forums/Groups to reach out to potential candidates.
Preference will be given to the prospects with good exposure in hiring in IBM technologies especially Web sphere related technologies.
Strong people skills, business communication skills and negotiation skills
Ability to maintain high level of confidentiality, impeccable ethics and honesty and ability to handle constructive criticism
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications and good knowledge of IT terminology.
Should have worked extensively with US citizens/EADs/GCs and H-1Bs
Able to work in Night Shifts (US - Eastern Time)
Desired Profile
Engage in direct and indirect recruiting efforts including the identification, qualification, and presentation of candidates to the stakeholders to meet client requirements.
Follow a proactive recruiting model in building candidate database or pipeline based on stakeholder`s recommendations
Prospect, identify, and interview new and existing candidates. Conduct initial screening interview, reference checks, negotiate salary & relocation, coordinate client/tech-panel interviews and work with the salesperson to close the opportunity.
Key contributor in helping Account management teams to achieve goals, quick turnaround time on responding to client requirements.
Responsible for recruiting all levels of talent spanning multiple skills base with a strong focus on niche technologies included in IBM Web sphere Suite.
Should extensively use eRecruiter-our Internal recruiting tool for all recruiting activities.
Candidates having experience to Fulltime Hiring are strongly preffered.
