Senior Recruiter for Cisco Systems

Extensive knowledge and experience in employment field; is actively involved in directing internal clients in employment matters and is viewed as being a technical resource by the group; may coordinate team interviewing systems to effectively hire individuals who will fit the evolution of the business unit.

Sets direction for strategic staffing plans and implementation.Understands Cisco`s external customers needs and how they affect client group`s processes and deliverables; responsible for achieving results that may affect deadlines Acts as a mentor/role model on technical issues; may supervise daily work activities for group; may actively manage projects involving others;address cultural and geographic differences in strategies and approaches Exercises judgment within broadly defined practices and policies in developing methods, techniques and evaluation criterion for obtaining results.
