Roles & Responsibilities:
Identify training needs and coordinate with the management team for construction of appropriate modules.

Analysis of employee separation process and exit interviews to formulate attrition mitigation plans.

Provide assistance to managers for strengthening employee retention for attrition control and mitigation.

Collate reports based on regular Focus group sessions, One on One and skip level meetings.

Propose strategic changes and channelize change management within the organization

Conduct dipstick surveys to understand the pulse of the unit and construct action plans to address concerns.

Periodic meetings with senior management and team managers to understand the team issues and design plans for corrective actions.

Routine management of employee issues including disciplinary matters, grievance handling, change management and counselling.

Policy Awareness Sessions to educate and empower the employees.

Organization Development Initiatives

Performance Management

Competency Development

Career progression

Employee profiling

Leadership training and development

Succession Planning

MIS and Database Management for Location

Responsible for building and implementing a centralized organizational Dashboard to serve as a quick reference point for accessing Organization-wide statistics which include Headcount, Attrition, Employee Engagement Metrics, Appraisals and competency program updates and employee queries resolution

Employee Lifecycle Management:
Analyze monthly pulse check program feedback to identify areas for improvement.

Work closely with management teams for improving identified areas.

Strengthen employee relation by implementing and maintaining open door policy

Manage HRIS and various online applications including, Performance management and Competency Mapping.

Employee Engagement:
Will be handling entire gamut of employee engagement for location.

Actively involved with employee relations committee for planning and executing various events for location including team building events, off sites, monthly events.
