Candidate will be responsible for identifying the source of recruitment`s.

Continuous focus on TAT and meeting the targets as per the requisitions.

Initiate and ensure completion of the KRA setting process for all the employees.

Ensure PMS effectiveness through regular updates and completion of identified activities.

Complete the Training Need Identification process for all employees.

Ensure complete participation in the training programs to achieve the objectives and meeting the training man-days target.

Drive all Rewards & Recognition schemes.
Employee Engagement initiatives

Desired Profile:
6-8 years of HR Generalist experience.

MBA/PGDM in HR from any university.

Candidates from Telecom/BFSI/Retail domain preferred.
