SAP HR Lead Consultant for Wipro

Should be competent and hands on with SAP HR from a Solution Design and configuration perspective.

Should be able to manage the team technically to ensure quality delivery.

Should be able to deal with end to end projects independently and manage teams of 25 – 50 people both from a delivery and career perspective.

Should be able to contribute and own pre-sales activities.

Should be able to work on leading teams in driving CoE initiatives like trainings, solution development, architecting solutions etc.
