Remuneration Manager for Enzen

A compensation and benefits manager has responsibility for developing, implementing and administering the organization’s rewards and benefit policies.

This will include salaries and bonuses plus employee benefits, such as pensions.

Life Insurance, profit-sharing, company cars and Group medical insurance packages, Esops, arranging relocation and expatriate packages.

managing the payroll system. developing and maintaining personnel record systems in accordance with current legislation.
