Recruitment Team Leader for Aegis

Candidate should have hardcore recruitments experience of 2-3 years, handling a team of recruiters, end to end recruitments,meeting the targets by the end of the month.

Will be responsible for hiring & handling team of recruiters & support staff.

Responsible for meeting the targets in the month end.

Handling end to end recruitment process.

Understanding niche requirements.

Conducting telephonic and personal interviews

Familiar with MS Office and computer operations.

Atleast 4-5 years of experience in HR.

Maintaining and updating trackers for profiles on a daily basis.

Liasoning with stakeholders.
