Recruitment & Sourcing Executive for Lobo Staffing Solutions

Candidate Should have recruitment experience in Technical Field (Engineering / Telecom) or ITES - Bulk Assignments.

Sourcing & Screening: Identifying strategies of sourcing & implementing the same to effective use. Viz: Job Sites, Internal database, headhunting,networking etc

De-briefing / Scheduling: Understanding the requirement at length from clients & briefing the same to the prospective candidates & scheduling them accordingly.

Maintenance of database (Search lists)
Candidate Co-ordination and Conducting Telephoning Interviews.

Seek new avenues and innovative Sourcing Techniques.

Prompt & daily follow-up with shortlisted candidates and ensure joining dates are kept.

Good rapport building with the candidates and try getting as many references as possible.

Close coordination with teams from all other regions & verticals

Interface with all internal services i.e. HR, Payroll, and Compliances etc.

Should have sound technical knowledge related to the vertical. (In case of technical requirements)
